Is tracking available?
What if my mail doesn’t arrive?

No. Mail is sent using standard postal mail and does not include tracking. This allows us to keep shipping costs low and make the club more affordable for members.
The Seoul Mail Club is sent without tracking and cannot be guaranteed once it has been handed over to the postal service. If you experience an issue, please contact us, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
When does my mail ship?
How long does delivery take?

Mail is shipped near the end of each month from the 25th to the 31st.
Delivery times vary by country. Most members can expect their mail within 1-4 weeks after it ships, but international mail can take longer.
Can I purchase previous themes?

Each month’s theme is a limited release. If any previous themes are available, they will be listed on The Seoul Mail Club website.
